SLA Membership Information
If you are a man or woman involved in any aspect of the carnival and amusement industry, we would be honored to consider you for membership. Please complete and submit the membership form. 

New members pay $25.00 (all US$) initiation, $25.00 annual dues.  Renewals are $25.00 per year.  Alternatively you may pay $100.00 for four years (initiation fee waived) or, for the best deal, $625.00 gets you a lifetime membership in the League (must be a prior member with five years in good standing).  For help with purchasing or for more information call:  312-733-9533.

- Click "Submit" at the bottom of the form and your purchase will be added to the shopping cart.
